Unidentified Gallery
Welcome to Elizabeths gallery of Western Art. Having lived in the southwest for
many years, it was inevitable that Elizabeths work would eventually take on a
western flavor, and focus on subjects typical of old western traditions. Her point of
view is unique; she can look at western history and subjects from the perspective of
contemporary societies, while tempering those views with traditional Native American
cultural values. This rare blend of perception and understanding result in renditions
that capture the depth, breadth and essence of western culture and tradition;
old, new, and yet-to-be...

The unique masterful works of Elizabeth Silk are spiritually inspired, spontaneous
in creative direction, and ethereal in style. She calls it "Emotion in Motion",
portraying movement, passion, and sensuality. Love and compassion flow through all
of her art, communicating deep emotion, enduring truths, and unspoken soul-felt words,
evoking powerful and moving responses from everyone who casts eyes on her work. In her
own words, "Love is the basic ingredient; do all things with love and your creation
will be of the purest form".
